HOW DOES IT WORK?

Step 1 - From within NetSuite, set up the customer record.

Step 2 - Select the refund transactions that you want to pay.

Step 3 - Click SAVE, and you’re done.

Step 4 - Automatically generates the payment file within NetSuite and updates the refund transaction.

Step 5 - Payment info is transmitted to your bank, and payment is sent to the customer.
